Along with Chairman John Guerin, the other Sacred Heart Health Centre board members at the time of the official opening were Brian Hrab, Administrator – Gerry Hachey, Assistant Administrator – Larry Meardi, Vice Chairman and Trustees Claude Sirois, Joe Chaibos and Andre Bremont.
A special roast beef dinner took place at Guy-Donnelly Sportex with Ron Schuster as master of ceremonies.
Greetings were offered by Administrator Brian Hrab and Solicitor General Marvin Moore. The music for the event was provided by ‘Better Days.’
