RCMP Slave Lake Police seek Public’s Assistance

For Immediate Release:               November 14, 2016

 

Slave Lake, AB –   RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the culprit(s) responsible for an armed robbery which occurred during the evening hours of November 10, 2016.  At approximately 9:55 pm on November 10, a lone male entered the Winks Store on located on 6 Avenue SW, brandished a knife and demanded money and cigarettes.  The culprit was described as a native male with acne,  between 5’9″ – 6’3″ tall, wearing a red sweater and white running shoes.  The culprit made off with an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes.   No one was injured during the course of the robbery.
