Tim Bremont, long-time resident of Peace River, passed away on October 16, 2016 in Peace River at the age of 36 years.
Tim was born on May 7, 1980 in Peace River.
Tim completed all his schooling in Peace River, Alberta.
He then joined his dad and brother in the family business, working in the glass industry. Tim was best known for his sense of humour. There was no better weekend for Tim than being out at the cabin with his family. He loved going quading (the muddier the better).
Two years ago, his cousin Patrick and good friend came over with a smoker. The two them would spend hours perfecting their spices for whatever was getting smoked that day.
Tim had a love for fishing and many small children caught their first fish under his guidance. Tim’s greatest dream was to go ocean fishing, which he fulfilled in July 2016.
Tim was predeceased by grandfather, Luc Bedard; grandmother, Marguerite Bremont; and his aunts, Lise Bedard and Ann Bremont.
He is survived by his parents, Mike and Lorraine; brother, Scott (Jodi); sister, Jennifer; nieces Ashley and Britney; nephews, Bradley and Karson; paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
Funeral services for the late Tim Bremont were held October 22 from Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church, with Archbishop John Clarke officiating.
Interment to be followed at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were under direction of Chapel of Memories Funeral Homes.
Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
May Tim now be surrounded by the peace he so deserved.
Always in our hearts mom and dad, Scott, Jen, Jodi and families.
