It is with great sadness for the family of John Falebrenza to announce, he passed away in McLennan, Alberta on March 27, 2016.
John was born in Smoky Lake, Alberta on January 20, 1927 and was a long-time resident of Culp, Alberta.
He was a farmer and retired in 1986.
John was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Helen Falebrenza; and his brothers, William and Nick.
He is survived by his brothers, Mike and Steve; and his sisters, Mary Dlugosz and Lilian Goroniuk.
A funeral service for the late John Falebrenza was held at the Notre-Dame de Lourdes Parish in Girouxville, Alberta on April 4, 2016, with Pastor Dave Squires officiating. John Zahara offered the euology. Ernest and Rolande Johnson provided the music.
Pallbearers were Mark Brochu, Richard Brochu, Richard Gehrke, Denis Falebrenza, Jerry Dlugosz and Bob Dlugosz. Internment followed at the Culp Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Chapel of Memories Funeral Homes in Peace River, Alberta.
