The Honey Festival committee met at the Town of Falher office in the evening of July 5 to discuss the June 17-19 event and other matters.
They discussed the latest financial report, as well as administrative details like the Honey Festival’s website.
They also discussed their own assessments of what worked and what needs to improve for next year. A report will also be prepared for public feedback from this year’s event.
This year’s event included a parade, children’s and family activities, concerts, an illusion show, and a Show ‘N Shine on Main Street.
The date for next year’s event was also discussed, but it has yet to be finalized.
The committee will hold their next meet at the town office, beginning at 7 p.m. on Aug. 16.
