The 2016/17 NPHL season is just weeks away and the Falher Pirates are still filling positions on the team.
“We’re inviting prospective players to come out,” says general manager Gilbert Desharnais.
Tryouts will be held on Oct. 15.
Arlen Quartly is the new coach for the team. Other coaching positions weren’t announced at press time.

The NPHL board of governors meeting was held in Fairview on Sept. 28.
A 24-game schedule has been announced for the season.
However, the schedule is subject to change.
The Pirates will play their home opener Oct. 29, hosting the Dawson Creek Canucks.
