If you’re planning a breakfast, lunch or dinner meeting and need to book a catering service, consider Diane’s Cuisine.

Diane Chiasson opened Diane’s Cuisine at the Centre Chevaliers in Falher on Sept. 12, and features home-cooked meals.

“We offer bistro and catering services,” says Chiasson. “It’s all home-cooked meals, we don’t buy any processed foods.”

This includes home-made soup and sandwiches, with a panini sandwich maker to offer that tantalizing flavour.

Dorianne Levesque and Candide Levesque work with Chiasson, as do three helpers.

Diane’s Cuisine is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays, as well as 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Diane’s Cuisine can accommodate breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings, anniversaries and weddings, Christmas parties and other gatherings. Besides the Centre Chevaliers, Chiasson can operate at other facilities throughout the region. Contact her at (780) 837-5408 for more information.

For conferences, meetings, courses, other big or small occasion rentals at the Centre Chevaliers contact Esther Picard at (780) 837-4806.

Note, the Centre Chevaliers is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate smaller groups downstairs when wheelchair access is necessary.
