The Falher Regional Pool is ready to offer an expanded array of programs for individuals, famillies and groups for the spring and summer.
“We’ve got seven instructors at the pool,” says Soleille Briand, the recreation coordinator for the Town of Falher.
“So anyone who wants to get involved with specialty programs should do so this year.”
Some people have already signed up for swimming lessons, which are held on Friday and Saturday. Private and group lessons are available.
There’s the early bird swim, which will be set up monthly. A minimum of eight people are required and it costs $45 per person.
The schedule will be flexible and set up on a monthly basis. It will run twice a week minimum.
A Red Cross Swim Sports program will be offered in the evenings. It will consist of nine modules and the cost will be announced later.
The sponsored swim is back. It is being held on Sundays from 3-4 p.m., until the end of the season.
The Falher Regional Pool can be rented hourly, with a maximum of 110 people for use.
Children under seven must be accompanied by someone over 14. However, check with the pool for exceptions.
As for program pricing, there’s an early bird purchase and regular purchase.
Family pool passes are currently $86.26 (maximum of six people), and it goes up to $245 on June 1.
The adult passes is $86.25 now and it will increase to $118 on June 1.
Passes for children ages 3-5 and seniors is $72.50 now, and the price goes to $95 on June 1.
Youth passes (ages 6-17) are currently $76.50 and they increase to $105 on June 1.
