Blown Away Beauty Bar owned by Brian and Angela Henley held its grand opening at 9 Main Street Falher, on April 26.

Blown Away has been in operation and accepting clients since March 1, but wanted to have all construction and finessing of the décor taken care of before holding its official opening.

At this point, the only remaining project left is the placing of the Blown Away sign outside the beauty bar but because Angela and Brian do all construction themselves, with one being incredibly busy with the business and the other farming, Angela says it might be a while before they find ime to raise the sign.

However, even with the sign having yet to go up, people have had no difficulty finding their way to the beauty bar since March.

“It’s going really good, the staff is great and the community has been incredibly supportive so I’m really pleased,” says Angela.

With five staff including Angela Henley, Jamie Daubert, Melissa Roy, Rena Tansem and Christina Mathieu, Blown Away provides a wide range of beauty and styling options such as hair extensions, pedicure, manicure, facial, nano brows, eyelash extensions and massage therapy.

During the grand opening, people dropped by throughout the afternoon and evening to visit, enjoy refreshments and tour the contemporary and imposing new facility.

Those who haven’t yet had an opportunity to drop by Blown Away Beauty Bar can, in the meantime, get an idea of what they have to offer by visiting their website at
