Ladies, get your tickets now for the 50 Shades of Rose Gala, an event where you get to relax and support a charitable cause at the same time.
“It’s to support the Societé Historique et Génèalogique de Smoky River in Donnelly,” says Doris Doyle, a member of the organizing committee.
“I do this for women because I know how hard they work and give of themselves to their families. So this event is for them to unwind and reconnect with old friends.”
The 50 Shades of Rose Gala will be held at the Centre Chevaliers in Falher on April 23.
The doors open at 5 p.m., and there will be a prime rib dinner with all the trimmings held at 6:30 p.m.
There will also be two specialty drinks, a Kinky Pink Champagne and Strawberry Martinis.
Robin Kelly, an Elvis impersonator, and his band will be the featured entertainment later in the evening.
There will be 14 prizes, valued at $100 each, as well as 14 home-based businesses attending.
And be sure to get your tickets for a 50/50 raffle. for a Kate Spade New York purse. The winner receives the purse plus half the money.
Tickets for the 50 Shades of Rose Gala are $75 each. Doyle encourages ladies to get their tickets fast, as 240 out of the 400 are already sold. Tickets are available at the Mousse Salon in Falher and you can book tables of eight as well.
