To all ratepayers of the M.D. of Smoky River No. 130, Town of Falher, Town of McLennan, Village of Donnelly and Village of Girouxville.
Effective February 1, 2019, all ratepayers who wish to receive the Smoky River Express will have to buy their own subscriptions. Subscriptions will no longer be free of charge through your municipal office.
Also, the subscription price is now $55 per year, which includes GST.
