MLA for the district of Dunvegan-Central Peace-Notley and Minister of Energy, Marg McCuaig-Boyd held an open house at her constituency office in Falher, from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, December 8.
The open house is an opportunity for Marg McCuaig-Boyd to touch base with her constituents and keep up-to-date with the concerns and expectations of people in the region.
She often takes these opportunities to also meet with her municipal counterparts.
Although the Provincial Legislature was already on Christmas break, McCuaig-Boyd was still busy with ministerial commitments and following the open house, was returning to Edmonton the following day.
“Right now, the session has ended but she still has meetings because of her energy ministry for the next week, but she will visit her Falher office again on December 19,” says Constituency Assistant, Eileen Coristine.
