Grande Prairie RCMP Seek Assistance in locating Aboriginal Female Youth

Grande Prairie, Alberta – The RCMP are looking for assistance to locate missing 13-year-old Elanora SUTHERLAND.

SUTHERLAND was reported missing on May 1, 2017 by her guardian. She was last seen leaving her residence in Edmonton for a visit with family in Grande Prairie at the end of March. SUTHERLAND was to return to her residence on April 3, 2017 but never did. She is believed to be in the Grande Prairie area.

Elanora is described as:

  • Aboriginal female with brown hair and eyes
  • 5’4” tall / 140 lbs
  • Last seen wearing a backpack
  • Has a scar above her left eyebrow

There is a general concern for her well-being and RCMP would like to locate and speak with Elanora as soon as possible.
