Two males have been arrested and charged after police were called to a suspicious vehicle last Thursday.
On June 21, 2018 at approximately 11:30 a.m., the Fox Creek RCMP received a call of a suspicious vehicle in the downtown area. RCMP arrived on scene and arrested two males on outstanding warrants out of High River and Calgary.
RCMP continued their investigation and recovered 28 large industrial batteries, copper wire, break in tools and two stolen firearms inside the vehicle.
Jason Brian Woytuck (39) of Calgary has been charged with:
. Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x2).
. Possession of a weapon obtained by crime.
. Possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
. Fail to comply with recognizance (x6).
Bradley James Holtby (38) of Calgary has been charged with:
. Possession of a weapon contrary to order (x3).
. Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x2).
. Possession of a weapon obtained by crime.
. Possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle (x2).
Both suspects were remanded into custody for a court appearance on June 25.
