Fox Creek, Alberta – On July 4, 2018, members of the Fox Creek RCMP and the Western Alberta Rural Crime Reduction Unit with the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services executed search warrants at two residences in the Town of Fox Creek. During the searches, two loaded firearms were recovered along with $11,460 cash, heroine, methamphetamine, cocaine and drug packaging materials.
Samantha Alley, 27, of Fox Creek faces 11 charges including Possession of Heroine For the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Over $5000 and weapons offences. She has been remanded to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court July 23, 2018.
Brock Hillborg, 32, of Fox Creek faces 11 charges including Possession of Heroine For the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000 and weapons offences. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Virginia Rae Ackles, 27, of Grande Prairie faces 14 charges including Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking Possession of Proceeds of Crime less than $5000, failing to Comply with Recognizances and several firearms offenses. She has been remanded into custody to appear in Grande Prairie Provincial Court on July 16, 2018.
Christopher Leigh Doucette, 36, of Fox Creek faces 10 charges including Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Less Than $5000 and several firearms offenses. He has been remanded to custody to appear in Grande Prairie Provincial Court on July 16, 2018.
Zachary Ashmore, 18, of Fox Creek faces one count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking. He has been released to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court on July 23, 2018.
Matthew Edmund Duffy, 35, of Fox Creek faces one count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking. He has been released to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court on July 23, 2018.
Kit Mihaljevic, 27, of Fox Creek faces two counts of Unsafe Storage of Ammunition and 1 count of Failing to Comply with Recognizance. He has been released to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court on July 23, 2018.
Matthew Roberti, 28, of Fox Creek faces two counts of Failing to Comply with Recognizance. He has been released to appear in Fox Creek Provincial Court on July 23, 2018. As this matter is now before the courts, no further information will be provided.
