The TD Summer Reading Program at the Falher Library has ended for the year and it has been deemed a great success.

“It went really well,” says Assistant Manager Maegan Morin, who also organized the program.

“We had an average of 20 kids per week.”

The program was held each Wednesday, beginning on July 4 and it ended on Aug. 22.

There was a theme for each week, and for Aug. 22, the children watched the movie ‘Show Dog’ in the library.

The program was open to children ages 5-12 and participation was by registration.

Morin looks forward to hosting the summer reading program again next year.
