The trial of Triple G Trucking Ltd., represented by its driver Shawn Snyder, took place on the charge of failing to stop when a HP SD bus had its stop sign extended and red lights flashing during the after student drop off on Highway 2.
Bus driver Myrna Lanctot and HPSD human resources supervisor, Diane Elliot took the stand as witnesses.
With witness testimony and on-board bus video the court established that Shawn Snyder who was driving the Triple G. truck at the time of the incident had failed to stop. Snyder was fined $456.
