Beaverlodge RCMP are advising residents of a recurring phone scam that has come to their attention targeting local residents.
In this scam, suspects contact potential victims by phone claiming to be from the Canada Revenue Agency and advise the victim owes tax money that must be paid as soon as possible.
Beaverlodge RCMP are requesting anyone with information regarding this incident to contact them at (780) 354-2485 or call your local police.
